Description
This project consisted in creating a .csv file of multivariate environment at locations of origin for 1,442 rice landraces described in Gutaker et al. (2020).
This dataset was created to facilitate downstream genotype-environment association analyses and method comparison. We incorporated environmental data retrieved from CHELSA for each landrace. The data was used for creating Environmental Niche Models (ENMs).
